Apexio Industrial's High Temperature Self Regulating HTS Heat Trace Cable can be used for freeze protection application and process temperature maintenance. The maximum maintenance temperature is up to 150°C and continuous exposure temperature of 200°C . Whether the pipeline is overhead or buried installation, HTS heating cable can maintain the temperature and phase structure of the medium in the pipeline or vessel. It is primarily designed to provide thermal compensation solutions for large industrial pipes.

  • Variable Output Voltage

    Self-regulating heating cables reacts to changes in equipment or pipe temperature,
    The colder sections will receive more heat output while the warmer sections receives less. This provides greater energy efficiency and more uniform pipe temperature.

  • Overlapped Without Damage

    Because Self-Regulating cables controls its own output, overlapped sections produce less heat, eliminating “hot spots” and possible burn-through common with other types of cable.

  • Fail Safe

    Upon reaching the upper limits of its temperature range, Self-Regulating cables diminishes its own heat output to an insignificant level.

    This guarantees that maximum temperatures (T ratings) cannot be exceeded no matter what product is used in any application.
