Type DWBFJ-AF axial fan is designed according to EN 14986, EN13463-1 (for ATEX) and IEC 60079-0(for ATEX) standards.
The product is certified for installation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 for gas environment, Zone 21 and Zone 22 for dust environment.
Type DWBFJ-AF axial fan has long or short stainless steel or carbon steel
material case fitted with stainless steel, aluminium or sheet moulding
compound (SMC) which is also called glass-fibre reinforced polyester (GRP) material impeller. The fan is driven directly by an ATEX or IECEx certified motor.
The Ex d motors are equipped with PTC thermistors for optimum motor
protection. Three phase, IP55 or IP65, insulation class F, can be frequency conversion motor.
Typically used for the purpose of industrial ventilation, cooling and exhausting etc. This product specially applies to Oil & Gas, Offshore Platform, Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery and Marine Industries etc.
